Shipping
Orders will be mailed out on Mondays and Thursdays barring holidays when USPS is closed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with tracking information.
Should you receive a damaged package with broken jars, please contact SarahsSlowJam@gmail.com and include a photo of your damaged order.
No refunds for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, incorrect, or incomplete purchases.
Local Pickup
If you llive near North Palm Beach, FL you can skip the shipping fees with the free local pickup option at checkout. After placing your order, your order will typically be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business days. We will send you an email and/or text when your order is ready along with instructions since we do not have a storefront at this time.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
