Entertaining during the holidays should be fun, not stressful! This simple 5-ingredient appetizer will surely be a crowd pleaser!
1 package phyllo shells (typically found in the freezer section
at your local grocer)
1 stick of brie cheese
Sarah's Slow Jam Cranberry Jam
Fresh cranberries
2-3 rosemary sprigs
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Spray baking sheet with baking spray, or cover with parchment paper.
3) Arrange phyllo shells on a cutting board.
4) Cut the brie into 1/2 inch rounds. Then, quarter each round.
5) Add brie pieces to the phyllo shells.
6) Spoon 1/2 tsp. of jam into each shell with the brie.
7) Add 1-3 pieces of rosemary to each phyllo shell.
8) Bake for 10-12 minutes. The cranberries may burst.
9)Let cool for a few minutes. Dish is best served warm.
