Mango Butter Burrata

A little sweet, a little salty, and effortlessly elegant. This is the kind of appetizer that belongs on a sunlit table, shared with friends and a chilled glass of wine.



Ingredients

  • 1 ball fresh burrata

  • 2 tbsp Mango Butter

  • 4–6 slices prosciutto

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Flaky sea salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Arrange prosciutto slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until crisp. Let cool slightly, then break or slice into pieces.

  3. Layer basil leaves on bottom of serving bowl or dish.

  4. Gently place burrata at the center of the bowl.

  5. Spoon small amounts of the Mango Butter around the bowl.

  6. Sprinkle torn pieces of crispy prosciutto over the bowl.

  7. Enjoy with a baguette or sourdough.
