Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in thick cut pork chops

  • 1/2 c Pineapple Jalapeno Pepper Jam, warmed to a liquid

  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 3/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 c Pineapple Jalapeno Pepper Jam warmed for glazing while grilling

Instructions

  1. Place pork in a large bowl and add jam, garlic powder, black pepper and salt.

  2. Let pork marinate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight in the refrigerator.

  3. Heat grill. Pull pork out of the fridge while the grill heats up.

  4. Make sure the marinade fully coats the pork before placing on the grill.

  5. Grill pork chops 6-8 minutes a side. Brush with jam when flipping the pork chops. Grill until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.

  6. Remove pork chops from grill and let rest for at least 5 minutes.

  7. Coat with remaining warm jam before serving.
