Raspberry Jam Vinaigrette

Bright and fruity, this is a delicious salad dressing that pairs well with butternut squash, fresh figs, almonds & spinach.

  • 1/3 cup good olive oil

  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 3 tsp Sarah's Slow Jam Raspberry Jam

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  1. In a liquid measuring cup or bowl, combine all of the ingredients.

  2. Stir well with a small whisk or a fork until the ingredients are blended.

  3. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for future use. Homemade vinaigrette keeps well for 7 to 10 days.
