Apple Butter & Dijon Pork Chops
Juicy, pan-seared pork chops are glazed with a savory sweet blend of Sarah’s Slow Jam Apple Butter and tangy Dijon mustard. The apple butter caramelizes beautifully as it cooks, creating a rich, glossy sauce that feels like fall on a plate.

Ingredients:
3 tbsp apple butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp apple cider vinegar
4 (6- to 8-ounce) boneless pork chops, ¾ to 1 inch thick, trimmed
salt and pepper for seasoning
2 tbsp neutral oil
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix apple butter, maple syrup, mustard, soy sauce and vinegar until well blended.
Heat cast iron pan.
Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over both sides of chops.
Heat oil in pan.
Sear both sides of the pork chops for 2-3 minutes a side.
Pour apple butter sauce over the pork chops.
Reduce heat to medium-low.
Cook until the internal temperature is 145 degrees.
