2 apples
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 sheet puff pastry
3 tbsp Sarah's Slow Jam Apple Butter
Powdered sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 375 and grease muffin tin.
Core apples and slice in half lengthwise. Slice thinly into half-circles
and toss in lemon juice and cinnamon.
Roll out pastry to 9'x12'. Cut into 2-inch strips of dough.
Spread Apple Butter over top half of the strips of dough.
Arrange apple slices overlapping slightly on a strip of dough.
Fold up bottom part of dough and roll dough to form rose, pressing the edge to seal.
Place in muffin tin.
Bake for 40 min or until golden and cooked through.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy! Â Â
