Chia Pudding with Orange Marmalade

Who says you can't have polka dots for breakfast?


This creamy chia pudding is speckled with tiny seeds and finished with bright spoonfuls of our orange marmalade- sunny, satisfying and just enough to sweeten your day!!




Ingredients:


  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ cup milk (almond, oat, soy, coconut, or dairy milk all work)

  • 1–2 teaspoons Orange Marmalade

  • Toppings: granola, berries, kiwi, coconut flakes, etc.


Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a lidded jar or bowl and stir or shake well until fully combined.

  2. Stir again after 5 to 10 minutes to break up any clumps of seeds and ensure even gelling.

  3. Refrigerate, covered, for at least 3 hours or, for the best pudding-like texture, overnight.

  4. Serve chilled, stirring well before adding your favorite toppings like granola, kiwi and berries.
