Cranberry Jam Compound Butter comes together in minutes and delivers big flavor! Bright cranberry, creamy butter and a zing from the orange zest makes a perfect balance of sweet and tangy.


Ingredients

  • 1 bar/8 oz Kerrygold unsalted butter, softened

  • 1.5 Tbsp Sarah's Slow Jam Cranberry Jam

  • zest of 1 orange


Instructions

1) Mix softened butter, jam and orange zest until well blended

2) Enjoy with warm biscuits, pancakes, or sourdough toast!
